Dr. Keller and his staff were very kind and thorough. I feel confident in the care and recommendations I received for my dog.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Queen City Veterinary Clinic! Judah’s visit went absolutely amazing, and from the moment we arrived, the entire staff was attentive, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I have been searching for a veterinary clinic that would care for my boy with the same level of compassion and personal attention we were accustomed to with our vets down South in Florida, and I finally found it. Queen City Veterinary Clinic will absolutely be our vet from now on! What impressed me most was how comfortable they made both Judah and me feel. They were gentle and loving with him, took the time to answer all of my questions, addressed every concern without making me feel rushed, and truly made me feel like my dog was in good hands. As a dog mom, that peace of mind means EVERYTHING. I also really appreciate how upfront and transparent they are about pricing. Their pricing was much more reasonable than several other veterinary clinics I had considered, and there were no surprises or pressure. The hospitality, communication, and quality of care were excellent from beginning to end. Both doctors are absolutely wonderful, and the entire staff deserves recognition for creating such a warm and caring environment. We’ve seen Dr. Larry Keller for the last 5 years since Gus was 9 weeks old, & recently followed him to Queen City vet clinic. From the frantic illness and tummy issue calls to the annual visits, Larry has provided Gus with the most outstanding, thorough, loving & judgement-free care from the very beginning. He has put so much effort into creating affordable and fully transparent wellness plans that ensure financial flexibility and coverage for the year ahead for just about everything you’d need. From the second we walked in the door, all attention and affection was immediately directed to Gus. He is so loved by them and we feel so much comfort in knowing he’s in great hands every time!!

First I want to thank this awesome vet. We had to put our little dog renegade down. From the first phone call to the very end the doctor and the workers were amazing. Never one time were they non caring in any form. This place is the prime example of top notch customer service. They were more worried about our feelings rather than getting paid to perform the service. I can not express enough the comfort and stress free service they provided to us. It really blows my mind because good customer service is non existent in this country anymore. Thank you Queen City Veterinarian for the welcoming and compassion you showed to us. Hands down the best.

Starting my review this morning and will update after we go. We are at the moment where our rescue senior dog is coming to his final days and we have done lots of research and found this vet. We called to get information and let me tell you just how kind polite and thoughtful they were to us. Explained all the fees the process and got us an appointment the next day. We are sad we are making this decision but we’re greatful to find somewhere that has compassion and seems to be very caring during this difficult time for us. I just got back from here and I will say they were the greatest most compassionate people I’ve ever met! They talked us thru everything every step gave us as much time as we wanted. They offered many different things to help us cope and even let me put my sweet boy in his coffin box before they took him to get cremated. They said he would be back home within a day or two. I just can’t express how kind they were from the staff to the doctor they are amazing. We have 2 other dogs and we will be using them as our vet going forward!

We love Dr. Larry and Dr. Heather. They take great care of our baby, Suzy. I cannot say enough great things about the care they give our senior baby. We've been seeing them since she was roughly 2 or 3 and she's now 14. If you want compassionate care from very qualified vets, look no further. 🙂

Dr. Keller and his staff are exceptional. I followed them from O’Brien Ville to Ridge and finally back to Walnut Hills. Fantastic, new location, easy parking exceptional care. All of my pets are seniors at this point and require complicated care. Queen City Vet Has been kind, thorough knowledgeable and able to give great recommendations or referrals when we needed advanced treatment. 10/10

They were supper helpful when I brought in a lost dog. They scanned him for a microchip, gave him some food and posted him to help find his family. The family was found later that day. It’s a nice clean office that was welcoming.

I highly recommend Queen City Veterinary Clinic! I have a German Shepard/Pitbull mix (Sheppit) who can be a little bit nervous; especially when meeting new people. She immediately took to Dr. Keller and his staff. They all met her exactly where she needed. She felt right at home and even gave out kisses! QCVC will take their time with you and your pet to answer any questions you may have- you may even enjoy going to the vet! I'm so thankful to have you in our neighborhood! Thank you! E & E

I've taken my dogs to see both Drs. Keller for years and I'm excited about the location of this new practice. We took our dog here last week and were very happy with level of service and ease of scheduling.
