Never had a better experience with a vet. I am a very concern pet parent and I had a lot of anxiety about my feral terrible cat being a problem or them not explaining things well enough. I've had poor experiences with vets and great experiences with vets in my 10+ years of pet ownership but I can genuinely say this has been the best so far. Highly recommend

Showed up to this clinic after a pet emergency one afternoon and it was the closest to me. I moved and now make the 15-20 minute drive anytime my cat needs a vet because this place is so professional, friendly, accommodating, understanding and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Queen City Veterinary Clinic if you’re looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares about your pets and respects your wallet. From my very first phone call with them, even before I walked into the clinic, I could already tell that they truly care about the animals they treat and aren’t just looking for ways to charge you for unnecessary things. The care, honesty, and transparency really stood out to me. It’s such a relief to finally feel like my pet is in good hands without constantly worrying about being overcharged or pushed into things that aren’t necessary.

11/10, they were so kind and listened to my concerns. My boy, Leo, has always been very anxious. The vet got down on the floor with him and built trust with treats and kind words. They also trimmed his nails for me even though he can be a bit difficult with that. I just moved to the area and it makes my heart happy to know that I have found a new vet to take my baby to. He is also already doing better one day after taking the medications that they recommended! And, the price was better than any other vet I’ve visited.

I have medically complex cats and have never known otherwise. Dr. Larry Keller has been there from the start of that special needs journey and throughout the years has been nothing but superb. You can tell just how much he cares about both you and your animals and consistently goes above and beyond, regardless of circumstances. He’s extremely intelligent, easy to talk, and an all around good vet. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new veterinarian for anything from routine care to specialized medical plans for chronic conditions.

We love Dr. Larry and Dr. Heather. They take great care of our baby, Suzy. I cannot say enough great things about the care they give our senior baby. We've been seeing them since she was roughly 2 or 3 and she's now 14. If you want compassionate care from very qualified vets, look no further. 🙂

Such incredibly nice people! I live in the apartments upstairs and my AC went out on the hottest day of the summer so far. I called and asked if I could bring my cat down to let her sit in the cold air because I was worried about her overheating. They set us up in a private exam room, gave her catnip and churu, and doted on her! I could do remote work while not worrying about her getting too hot. Everyone was so kind. Very clearly a full staff of compassionate animal lovers. Very grateful for some time out of the heat and Millie was too.

Dr. Keller and his staff are exceptional. I followed them from O’Brien Ville to Ridge and finally back to Walnut Hills. Fantastic, new location, easy parking exceptional care. All of my pets are seniors at this point and require complicated care. Queen City Vet Has been kind, thorough knowledgeable and able to give great recommendations or referrals when we needed advanced treatment. 10/10
